Before stepping behind the microphone, I spent more than two decades in front of courtrooms, classrooms, colleagues, and decision-makers around the world advocating, presenting, and providing professional training and instruction.
During that time, I learned how to hone my voice and tone to inform, persuade, and command attention – all without drama or pretense.
